Chapter Meetings are held January through November on the 3rd Monday of each month from 9:30 am to noon at the Highland Avenue Fellowship Church, Highland Avenue, Eau Gallie, Florida. When in doubt, please check the Chapter Calendar for meeting dates.

A business meeting is held, and after a short break, a program is conducted. A "show and tell" is a part of every monthly meeting. Members and guests are welcome to bring something to work on if they are not participating in the program. Guests are welcome to two free visits. A new member is requested to make a needlework name tag within a period of two months after joining the chapter. This name tag is to be worn at all regular meetings and professional workshops. Any member not wearing a name tag shall pay a fine of 25 cents.

Satellite Groups meet at regular times:

  • Central Brevard Sew 'n' Sews ON HOLD DUE TO COVID meet the 1st Tuesday at the home of Annette Clark and the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the private home of Aline Lauzon.
  • Night Stitchers ON HOLD DUE TO COVID meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 7 - 9 pm in a private home. Check with Norma Tetrault to find the location.

Stitch-In Groups meet weekly at members' homes or via ZOOM throughout the area. Check the calendar for locations and times.

Workshops, GCC's and Special Interest Groups meet at the following times:

  • ON HOLD DUE TO COVID after the board meeting at the Melbourne Library until 2:00 PM.
  • ON HOLD DUE TO COVID on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10:00 am to 2:00 PM at the Melbourne Library

You are welcome to bring lunch when these meetings run over the lunch hour.

The Sleuths continue to meet on the fourth Wednesday from 10-12 at Norma's home. The Sleuths are each working on their own projects and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow stitchers. Many have completed the journey and the results will be displayed at the November meeting.

There are bands to be investigated and techniques that continue to be a mystery to us. We will be working on a 12 Days of Christmas stitch-along or any sampler you would like to work on the at Sampler Sleuths. You must reserve a socially distanced space by calling Jineen. Come join us for the fun!

Those interested in joining our small but faithful group, get your magnifier and disguise ready.
